Plumber Position

Compensation: $25.00 – $50.00/hr Depending on experience
Employment type: Full-time

Required Plumbing Experience:

  • 2+ years in plumbing experience
  • Installation and Remodeling
  • Repair’s
  • Servicing of plumbing and drainage systems

All Plumbers are provided a fully stocked service vehicle that includes everything needed to service the clients and address any plumbing related issues. Nights, weekends and overtime may be required.



Dispatcher Position

We are seeking experienced dispatchers. Dispatchers are responsible for
booking calls for our clients and communication with our drivers, and for providing professional
and ongoing interactions between our clients.

The strong multitasker we select will answer customer calls within a busy office setting and schedule technician appointments for jobs. In addition, to entering customer data into a computer, this professional will provide response and feedback to customers regarding service queries and make outbound calls to customers to schedule appointments for maintenance agreements.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • One or more years of RECENT experience as a dispatcher
  • One or more years of RECENT experience in plumbing industry
  • One or more years of working knowledge of Service Titan (a plus not necessary)
  • Excellent organizational skills and the ability to coordinate multiple appointments
  • Experience gathering customer information and keying it into a computer
  • Experience in the area of customer service and/or office assistant
  • Excellent communications skills are a must. Applicants must be able to work well with a broad range of clients & staff with
  • professionalism, diplomacy and tact
  • Candidate must be able to multi-task and function at a high level
  • Candidate must be detail oriented and possess the ability to follow though and complete tasks under pressure
  • Successful Candidate must demonstrate a basic computer proficiency, including working
  • knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Excel and Word
  • Candidates must be driven and goal oriented with a “can do” attitude
  • Knowledge of the local geographic territory
  • High School diploma or GED equivalent or a combination of related experience and/or advanced training/education
